If a ready-made tool fits ninety percent of your case, we tell you in the first conversation, and set it up for you if you like. We only build when made-to-measure genuinely is the better invoice. That is also why the initial consultation costs nothing.

All prices plus statutory VAT and indicative; the fixed price is set after the concept. Smaller changes to existing software we bill at €89 per hour in 15-minute increments.
By the way: no price here is set in stone.
Budget and package don't quite match? Talk to us and we'll find a fair deal. We especially like supporting founders and young businesses, for example with a lower project price combined with hosting or ongoing care.

Frequently asked questions about custom development
What does custom software cost?
Small automations and integrations start at around €1,250, typical web apps and portals at €4,900. After the free initial consultation and concept you get a fixed price per stage, no open hourly tab.
Do I own the code in the end?
Yes. You receive the complete source code with documentation and can switch to another provider or your own team at any time. We keep clients through good work, not through dependency.
How long does a project take?
Small projects are often ready in a few days; typical portals take a few weeks to a few months. The stages mean you see progress continuously and can adjust course at any time.
Can you build on existing software?
Usually yes: we extend existing systems, build integrations or replace precisely the part that jams. A complete rebuild is the exception, not the default.
What about maintenance and further development?
On request we take over operations, monitoring and further development as a monthly package, with the same conditions as our website care: cancel monthly, fixed response times.
Why not just use standard software?
If standard fits: absolutely! That is the first thing we check in the free initial consultation, and we tell you openly. Made-to-measure pays off where your workflows are your competitive edge, or where you pay monthly for ten tools that together still don't make one.
