PDF Customizer Elements replaces it with a real visual drag-and-drop builder: design header, body and footer with per-zone colors, your logo, styled tables, watermarks and payment QR codes. Every change shows in a live preview on the real document as you work.

Let customers pay straight from the PDF, built for the German and EU market.
GiroCode (EPC/SEPA)
Pay with a banking app (Sparkasse & co.). Requires IBAN, optionally BIC and beneficiary.
Online invoice
Encodes the document's Perfex online link and works with any QR scanner.
Custom link
Any URL, e.g. your Revolut or PayPal payment link.
Activate the module and nothing changes until you choose a design and hit “Save & Activate”. Your live documents are never touched without your say-so.

Frequently asked questions
Will it change my existing invoices?
No. After activation nothing changes until you choose a design and activate it. If a render error occurs, the module automatically falls back to the default Perfex PDF.
Which Perfex and PHP version do I need?
Perfex CRM 3.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer (tested up to PHP 8.3).
Which document types are supported?
Invoices, estimates and credit notes. Each type gets its own, independent design.
Is it translatable?
Yes. English and German are included, and everything is translatable via standard Perfex language files. The PDF follows your install language.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Via the built-in updater: upload the new version and click “Update database”. Updates and support are handled through perfexcrm-module.com.
Are RTL languages supported?
The layout is left-to-right (LTR). RTL languages are not mirrored in this version.
