How does the bot know what to answer?
We train it on your content: website, FAQ, price lists, documents and your instructions. It only answers from that knowledge; outside of it, it politely declines and offers to hand over to a human.
What happens when the bot doesn't know something?
It doesn't invent answers. It says so honestly, captures the request along with an e-mail address and files a ticket. You get the full conversation and take over from there.
What does the chatbot cost?
Setup is a one-off €490; ongoing operations start at €59 per month, all AI model costs included, cancel monthly. There are no hidden per-conversation fees.
What about data protection?
The bot is embedded with a privacy notice and proper consent, configured to be data-minimal, and we update your privacy policy accordingly. You can see what that looks like in practice on this very page.
Does it work with my existing website?
