No. Mailbox Pro uses a pure-PHP IMAP client and runs even on hosting without ext-imap.
Which mailboxes are supported?
Any IMAP/SMTP mailbox — Gmail and Microsoft 365 via OAuth2, plus classic email hosts with SSL/TLS.
Can several staff share one mailbox?
Yes. Shared team inboxes offer assignment, open/resolved status and internal notes per conversation.
