Frequently asked questions about online booking
Does it work with my existing website?
Yes. The booking system is embedded as a widget into your existing site, whatever system it runs on. Alternatively you get a dedicated booking page under your address that you can link to from anywhere.
Do I keep control over my hours?
Completely. You define opening hours, buffers, lead times and blocked periods; holidays and spontaneous changes you enter yourself or just call us briefly. Only what you have released can be booked.
What does online booking cost?
Setup is a one-off €390, operations from €19 per month, cancel monthly. There are no per-booking fees and no commission, no matter how many appointments come in.
Can double bookings happen?
No, a booked slot is immediately locked for everyone else. If you also keep a personal calendar, we connect it in the Plus package so appointments entered there block slots too.
Where is customer data stored?
On servers in Germany, configured with privacy in mind and only for your business. You are not part of a booking platform that uses your customer data for its own purposes. The system runs under your address; the data belongs to you.
