Server & Website Monitoring
Server monitoring: always watching.
Proactive monitoring detects problems before they become outages: 24/7, automated, watched from independent infrastructure.
Interactive · Live Website Check
Is your website up right now?
Enter a URL. We check live from our server: availability, response time, SSL. Exactly what our monitoring otherwise does for you around the clock.
The live check requires JavaScript. Or write to us — we'll check your website for free: Set up monitoring
That was a one-off check. Our monitoring checks every 60 seconds, and speaks up before your customers notice anything.

Uptime Monitoring
Availability checks every minute from external infrastructure. Instant notification on outages.
Response Time & Performance
Load times and response-time thresholds: warned when things slow down, not only when they break.
SSL Monitoring
Automatic certificate checks with timely expiry warnings. No more expired SSL certificates.
Alerts Everywhere
Alerts via email, Telegram, Slack, SMS or phone call, with multi-step escalation until someone responds.
Status Pages
Public or private status pages with live status and history for your clients and team.
SLA & Reporting
Defined response times and monthly availability reports as PDF, provable and transparent.
Monitoring on three levels
A simple “is the page up?” ping misses half the story. We monitor where outages actually happen.
Availability & certificates
Server, DNS and HTTPS availability around the clock, including SSL expiry warnings. Catches infrastructure outages instantly.
API & functions, not just the homepage
Modern web apps render via JavaScript. A reachable homepage says nothing about whether it works. We check the API/health endpoint and report real failures, not just “server on”.
User simulation & scenario checks
Synthetic monitoring: a real browser scripts through what your customers do, such as logging in, searching, placing an order. For your critical flows we build custom check scripts that raise an alarm as soon as one step fails.
Built in-house · PixAgentur Pulse
Our own monitoring platform.
We don't resell someone else's tool: with Pulse we built our own client portal. See live, at any time, how your systems are doing, condensed into a single health score, fed by real measurements from our monitoring infrastructure.
Login tests included
Pulse checks more than whether your site responds: every five minutes a real login run is performed against your application. If sign-in fails, we know, long before the first user complains.
Health score & live check
Availability, response time, latency and SSL validity, condensed into one score and visualised live. One glance is enough to know everything is fine.
History, log & alerts
Every check is documented. You see the history over weeks and every event in the log, and when something breaks, the notification chain kicks in.
Your personal portal
Every monitoring client gets their own access showing exactly their systems, including support tickets straight from the portal. No wall of numbers, but clearly presented.
Pulse is included for all monitoring clients. Your access is activated during setup: pulse.pixagentur.com
For agencies & IT service providers
Monitoring you offer under your own name.
You look after websites for your own clients and want to hear about an outage before the phone rings — without building and maintaining monitoring yourself. We provide the technology, you stay the point of contact.
A separate account per client
Pulse is multi-tenant. Your clients are set up as separate accounts, and each one sees only their own systems — never anyone else's.
Independent of the systems it watches
Monitoring runs on our own infrastructure, outside your hosting. If a client's server goes down, the alert comes from somewhere that is not affected by it.
Checks configured per website
Availability, response time, remaining SSL validity and real login runs can be set separately for each website, including the check interval.
The tooling stays out of sight
Nothing in the portal says what does the measuring. Your client sees monitoring, not a collection of tools.
What this costs depends on how many websites you bring in. Get in touch and we will work it out together.
Interactive · Downtime Calculator
What does one hour of downtime cost you?
Set the slider to your revenue per hour, and see what the difference between 99% and 99.99% availability really means over a year.
Example calculated at €200 revenue/hour. Enable JavaScript to calculate live with your own numbers.
Downtime per year: ≈ 87.6 hours
€17,520 Lost revenue per yearDowntime per year: ≈ 8.8 hours
€1,753 Lost revenue per yearDowntime per year: ≈ 53 minutes
€177 Lost revenue per yearCalculation: downtime minutes per year × revenue per hour. 99% uptime sounds good, but it means 3.65 days of downtime per year.

Common questions about server monitoring
What does server monitoring cost?
Reliable basic protection starts at 39 € per month, Pro with application-level checks and an SLA at 79 €, Managed 24/7 with phone escalation at 199 €. Plus VAT, cancellable monthly.
What exactly is monitored?
More than a ping: availability, response time, SSL expiry and, if you want, real login runs that show whether your application actually works. Checks run every 60 seconds, and you set the scope per website.
What happens when my site goes down?
You hear it first, not your customers. Monitoring runs on our own infrastructure outside your hosting, so an outage on your server is reported by a system it cannot take down. In the managed package we escalate by phone.
Can I see the status myself?
Yes, at any time. Our own platform PixAgentur Pulse (pulse.pixagentur.com) shows availability, response times and SSL status of your systems live. Access is included in every monitoring package.
Can I offer the monitoring under my own name?
Yes. Pulse is multi-tenant and white-label: each of your clients gets a separate login and sees only their own systems. Pricing depends on the number of websites, so talk to us.
