A certified car repair shop lives on walk-in customers and referrals, yet appointment requests often arrive outside opening hours or from customers who are not native German speakers. A website that only shows a phone number and a contact form pushes these requests back onto an answering machine and delays booking. For a certified workshop with a strong review history, that reputation also stays invisible on the site itself unless it is actively built in.

What we built

For kfzkiel.de we built an appointment flow that pulls free slots straight from the workshop calendar and writes bookings back into it without a manual check, so no slot gets double-booked. For urgent damage there is a WhatsApp quick diagnosis: customers send a photo or video straight to the workshop and get a first assessment before a slot is fixed. An interactive vehicle diagram guides customers through a quick check, and a free inspection reminder runs automatically by email. The whole site is built in four languages, German, English, Russian and Polish, each with its own text rather than an automatic translation.
