Client project: website for a house, garden and transport service in Kiel, with ten service areas under one roof, from garden maintenance and hedge trimming to paving work and round-the-clock transport. It includes a cost calculator for a first estimate, an enquiry form that takes under a minute, a before-and-after comparison from real jobs, a guide section and its own jobs area. Behind the scenes, the business runs our industry software for jobs, appointments and customer records.

Starting point

A business that offers garden care, hedge trimming, paving work and transport under one roof has a communication problem before the actual work even starts: visitors first need to understand that one contact handles such different jobs, and then get a rough idea of what their project costs without having to call first. Fitting ten service areas onto one page without it turning into an unreadable list is the real challenge.

What we built

For service-a-z.de we built a cost calculator that gives a first estimate from just a few inputs, and an enquiry form that takes under a minute to fill in. A before-and-after comparison shows real jobs from daily practice instead of stock photos, a guide section answers recurring questions about the individual services, and a dedicated jobs area runs alongside the customer-facing site. Behind the scenes, the website is connected to our industry software, which manages jobs, appointments and customer records, so an enquiry from the website lands directly in the business's actual workflow instead of a separate inbox.

Result

service-a-z.de brings ten service areas together in one structure, with a cost calculator, a short enquiry form, a before-and-after comparison and a jobs area as fixed parts of the site, connected directly to the business's job management.
