Prices apply with annual billing, plus VAT; billed monthly: €59.90, €114.90 or €199.90. For Basis and Pro you can add the customer portal (+€19.90), the Agentur package (+€39.90) and the Einsatz package (+€29.90 per month) individually; Premium has it all. Project files and invoicing are included from the Pro package, and you never pay per user.
Can I run several construction projects in parallel?

Does this replace my site diary?
The comment thread with photos and timestamps on the project documents progress chronologically: every site walk, every defect, every coordination with date and image. Instead of a paper site diary and a WhatsApp group, you get a searchable file per project.
How do instalments and the final invoice work?

Can I see whether a project is within budget?
Yes, live: the crews clock onto the site, and actual hours run automatically against the project's hour budget. The project file shows at any time where the job stands, no separate recalculation needed.
Does XRechnung work for public-sector clients?
Yes, invoices can be exported as officially validated XRechnung e-invoices. With public-sector clients the e-invoice is mandatory, and Projektwerk keeps you on the safe side there. Dispatch goes straight from the system by email, via your own SMTP server or SendGrid.
Does my tax adviser get the data?
It does, in one click. The DATEV export produces the posting batch plus all document PDFs for the chosen period, ready to hand to the firm.

Does it work on the iPad and without reception?
Yes. Projektwerk is a web app (PWA) with an app icon on the home screen. The time clock and daily tour work even in shell builds without reception and sync as soon as the network returns.
Does the software run under my company name?
It does. White-label is included, so login, app name and business details all carry your company, and invoices appear on your own letterhead.
What about data protection?
Customer and employee data stays in your own instance, its own database on German servers, GDPR-compliant and strictly separated from other companies. Roles and permissions decide who sees what, changes go through an audit log, and uploaded photos lose their GPS data automatically.
Can Projektwerk be adapted or extended for my company?
