Estrichwerk comes as a subscription in three packages, hosting, updates and support always included: Basis at €49.90 per month (up to 5 employees), Pro at €94.90 (up to 15 employees, our most popular package) and Premium at €169.90 (unlimited employees, every add-on module included). Prices apply with annual billing, plus VAT; billed monthly they're €59.90, €114.90 or €199.90. Basis and Pro customers can add the customer portal (+€19.90), the Agentur package (+€39.90) and the Einsatz package (+€29.90 per month) individually; Premium already has it all. Photo documentation is part of the Basis package, invoicing comes with Pro, and you never pay per user.

That's exactly what Estrichwerk is built for: the UFH pressure test hangs on the appointment as a timestamped photo, documented before the screed hits the pipes, with the checklist enforcing the step. You create the CM moisture test right at pouring via the follow-up quick action and bill it as its own position. Everything lives permanently in the customer history.

That's when replanning mode kicks in: all screed work of the day moves in one go, crew assignments stay, and the dispatch board shows the fallback site via drag & drop, floor levelling in the existing build, for instance. No lost day, no reshuffling chaos.

It does. When you create an appointment, Estrichwerk checks whether the screed machine, power trowel or silo is already scheduled on another site that day and warns you immediately. It's a warning, not a block, so you still decide. The dashboard widget also shows where each machine stands today.

That's exactly what the follow-up quick action is for: screed poured → “CM test in 21 days” created as a follow-up appointment with one click. The appointment sits in the calendar, the crew gets it in their tour, and the readiness certificate for the following trades is firmly planned.

Invoicing is a core feature here, not a paid add-on. Invoices are created straight from the completed appointment, right after the sign-off signature if you wish, with per-m² positions from the service template, including the CM test & report as its own position. Invoice numbers are compliant and gap-free, the number range is freely configurable, and existing businesses continue seamlessly from their last number. There's also a PDF with your own letterhead, open items, and payment reminders and dunning with one click. Prefer to work without the invoicing module? Simply hide it.

Yes, invoices can be exported as officially validated XRechnung e-invoices. That matters especially with general contractors, developers and public-sector clients. Dispatch goes straight from the system by email, via your own SMTP server or SendGrid.

Yes, with one click: the DATEV export produces the posting batch plus all document PDFs for the chosen period, ready to hand over to the firm.

Yes. Estrichwerk is a web app (PWA) with an app icon on the home screen. The time clock and daily tour work even in shell builds without reception and sync as soon as the network returns.

White-label is included: login, app name and business details carry your company, and your invoices appear on your own letterhead.

Your customer and employee data lives in your own instance with its own database on German servers, GDPR-compliant and strictly separated from other companies. Roles and permissions control who sees what, an audit log documents changes, and uploaded photos are automatically stripped of GPS data.

No. You only pay the package price: no per-user licences, no setup fee, no extra charges for updates or support. Setup and data migration from your current solution are included as well. The only addition is statutory VAT, and you can cancel monthly.
