Holzwerk — the joinery software for workshop, teams and installation

Holzwerk comes as a subscription in three packages, hosting, updates and support always included: Basis at €49.90 per month (up to 5 employees), Pro at €94.90 (up to 15 employees, our most popular package) and Premium at €169.90 (unlimited employees, every add-on module included). Prices apply with annual billing, plus VAT; billed monthly it is €59.90, €114.90 or €199.90. For Basis and Pro you can add the customer portal (+€19.90), the Agentur package (+€39.90) and the Einsatz package (+€29.90 per month) individually; Premium has it all. Project files and invoicing are included from the Pro package, and you never pay per user.

The dispatch board plans freely per team and day: workshop days for production, installation days on site, swapped via drag & drop. Replanning mode turns an installation day into a workshop day in two clicks: every installation of the day moves at once, and the team keeps working inside.

Through the project file. Instalments are numbered automatically, the deposit counts as the first one, and the final invoice offsets everything issued so far by itself: cleanly itemised, compliant, no pocket calculator needed.

It does. The measuring appointment collects photos, dimensions and customer wishes right at the customer, all of it noted on the appointment and findable later in the customer history. Nothing left to hunt down once the quote is due.

Yes, live. The teams clock onto the job and actual hours run automatically against the hour budget. The project file shows at any time where the job stands, recalculating on the side.

When you create an appointment, Holzwerk checks whether the panel saw or dust extraction is already scheduled on another installation that day and warns immediately. It is a warning, not a block, so you decide. The dashboard widget also shows which tool is out where today.

Invoicing is a core feature, not a paid add-on. Invoices get created straight from the completed appointment, right after the customer signature at handover if you wish, with positions prefilled from the service template. Invoice numbers stay compliant and gap-free, and the number range is freely configurable, so existing businesses continue seamlessly from their last number. You also get a PDF with your own letterhead, open items, and payment reminders and dunning with one click. Prefer to work without the invoicing module? Just hide it.

Invoices can be exported as officially validated XRechnung e-invoices, which matters especially for commercial projects with property managers and public-sector clients. Dispatch goes straight from the system by email, via your own SMTP server or SendGrid.

Yes, with one click. The DATEV export produces the posting batch plus all document PDFs for the chosen period, ready to hand over to the firm.

Just a browser. Holzwerk runs as your own instance with its own database on German servers, and hosting, updates and support are part of every package. We handle setup and data migration, then you get your login and start working. Prefer to run the software on your own server, or buy it outright? Custom solutions are available on request.

Yes. Holzwerk is a web app (PWA) with an app icon on the home screen. The time clock and daily tour work even without reception and sync as soon as the network returns.

White-label is included. Login, app name and business details all carry your company, and your invoices appear on your own letterhead.

Your customer and employee data lives in your own instance with its own database on German servers, GDPR-compliant and strictly separated from other companies. Roles and permissions control who sees what, an audit log documents changes, and uploaded photos get automatically stripped of GPS data.

Yes. Modules can be switched off individually, and beyond that, from extra fields to entire extensions such as quoting or a customer portal, we build additions on request at a fixed price. The fastest route is our ticket system: describe what you need and we reply with a fixed-price quote.

No. You only pay the package price: no per-user licences, no setup fee, no extra charges for updates or support. Setup and data migration from your current solution are included too. The only addition is statutory VAT, and you can cancel monthly.
