The stucco cockpit · Stucco & Restoration
Stuckwerk — the stucco software for workshop, site and heritage work
One system for the whole stucco business. Anyone working on historic fabric has to prove what was there before and what was done to it, and Stuckwerk quietly builds that proof as the job runs: timestamped condition photos, construction year and heritage status in the customer file, workshop and site on a single plan.
- White-label — your brand
- Timestamped photo documentation
- Heritage status in the customer file
- iPad & smartphone (PWA)
- No per-user licences — team included
- Pricing model Subscription from €49.90/month (Basis) · whole team included · purchase on request

- Every device Desktop in the office, iPad & smartphone on site — installable as an app
No more paper notes, photo chaos and binders
Few trades live on documentation the way stucco work does. On listed buildings, the authority wants proof of what was there and what was done to it, and on a follow-up job three years later, an old mould record decides the whole calculation. Stuckwerk pulls photo documentation, customer files with era and heritage status, workshop planning, time tracking and invoicing into one system built around how stucco businesses and restorers actually work.
“On heritage work, documentation is half the job. Stuckwerk handles it on the side.”
A working day with Stuckwerk
From the first coffee to closing time: this is what daily work feels like.
-
06:45
A look at the dispatch board
The lime smoothing plaster in the villa needs another day to dry, so the appointment moves via replanning mode and the team runs profiles in the workshop for the Wilhelminian-era property instead. No day lost.
-
07:10
The teams grab their iPad
“My tour today” shows each team its properties, complete with property data (built 1895, listed building!) and the packing list: running mould & templates, silicone-mould case, work platform.
-
09:30
On site
First photograph the existing condition: documentation duty. Then work the checklist: mould profiles, fill flaws, run & fix, retouch. One photo per step, and the documentation is already done.
-
14:30
Sign-off on the iPad
The client signs right on the screen, and the invoice is created straight from the appointment: 18 m of profile restoration plus moulding, positions already sitting in the template.
-
16:00
A measuring visit on the way back
At the prospect next door: photos, measurements and era notes go straight into the customer file. Back at the office, the quote almost writes itself.
-
17:00
End of the day
Clock out. The hours are in the system, and the day's full photo documentation sits chronologically in the customer file, ready to pull up even three years from now.

Stucco software that reflects the real workday
Few trades live on documentation the way stucco craftsmen and restorers do. Anyone working on historic fabric, stucco profiles, rosettes, lime and clay plasters, has to prove what was there before and what was done. Stuckwerk was built for exactly that routine: software for stucco businesses that works as well in the workshop as on the room platform.
Documentation that happens on the side
On heritage work, documentation is half the job, and Stuckwerk turns it into a by-product. Timestamped condition photos on the appointment capture the state before restoration, one photo per work step documents moulding, filling, running and retouching, and everything sits chronologically in the customer history, retrievable any time for the heritage authority or the client. On a follow-up job three years later, that history answers in seconds which profile was moulded back then: real money in the calculation.
Construction year, era and heritage status in the customer file
The customer file carries what stucco businesses really need: ceiling area in square metres, profile length in metres (visible right in the customer list), the property's construction year and era, and its heritage status. The team knows the framework before the first move, and “My tour today” delivers the property data with the packing list to the iPad: running mould & templates, silicone-mould case, work platform.
Workshop and site on one plan
Running and moulding happen in the workshop, fixing and retouching on site, and the dispatch board plans both. If the lime plaster needs another day to dry, replanning mode moves all appointments in one go and the team keeps working in the workshop: idle time never happens. Billing stays fair and complete too. Per-metre and per-piece prices live in the templates (profile restoration €98/m, rosette €149 per piece), and the invoice is created straight from the appointment, with XRechnung for churches, municipalities and foundations and DATEV export for the tax adviser.
Who is Stuckwerk made for?
For stucco businesses and craft restorers with one or several teams: stucco profiles, rosettes, lime and clay plasters, heritage conservation, and any business with discerning private clients where a polished appearance counts. Stuckwerk charges by the company, not by the seat, so a team of 3 costs the same as a team of 30. Most businesses start on Basis at €49.90 per month; once invoicing, projects and the route planner matter, they move up to Pro at €94.90.
Frequently asked questions
What does Stuckwerk cost?
Stuckwerk comes as a subscription in three packages, hosting, updates and support always included: Basis at €49.90 per month (up to 5 employees), Pro at €94.90 (up to 15 employees, our most popular package) and Premium at €169.90 (unlimited employees, every add-on module included). Prices apply with annual billing, plus VAT; billed monthly they're €59.90, €114.90 or €199.90. Basis and Pro customers can add the customer portal (+€19.90), the Agentur package (+€39.90) and the Einsatz package (+€29.90 per month) individually; Premium already has it all. Photo documentation is part of the Basis package, invoicing comes with Pro, and you never pay per user.
Can I document restorations for the heritage authority?
That's what Stuckwerk is built for: timestamped photos per work step on the appointment, from the existing condition before restoration through to the result. Everything sits chronologically in the customer history and is retrievable any time, for the authority as well as the client.
Can I find old mouldings and past work again?
Yes. The customer history shows every visit with photos and notes, even after years. Which profile was moulded at the Rosetti family in 2024? Two clicks and the answer is there, worth real money on the follow-up job.
What happens when drying times derail the plan?
That is when replanning mode kicks in: all appointments of a day move in one go, team assignments stay, and the team keeps working in the workshop, running profiles or preparing moulds. Idle time never happens.
Can I write invoices with Stuckwerk?
Invoicing is a core feature here, not a paid add-on. Invoices are created straight from the completed appointment, right after the customer signature if you wish, with positions from the service template, per-metre and per-piece prices included. Invoice numbers are compliant and gap-free, the number range is freely configurable, and existing businesses continue seamlessly from their last number. There's also a PDF with your own letterhead, open items, and payment reminders and dunning with one click. Prefer to work without the invoicing module? Simply hide it.
Does Stuckwerk support XRechnung?
Yes, invoices can be exported as officially validated XRechnung e-invoices. That matters especially with heritage jobs from churches, municipalities and foundations. Dispatch goes straight from the system by email, via your own SMTP server or SendGrid.
Does my tax adviser get the data?
Yes, with one click: the DATEV export produces the posting batch plus all document PDFs for the chosen period, ready to hand over to the firm.
What do I need to use Stuckwerk?
Just a browser. Stuckwerk runs as your own instance with its own database on German servers, and hosting, updates and support are part of every package. We handle setup and data migration; you receive your login and get started. Prefer to run the software on your own server, or buy it outright? Custom solutions are available on request.
Can I test Stuckwerk beforehand?
The live demo is open to everyone: a complete installation with a sample company, two teams, 9 kits, priced templates and invoices in every status. Tap “Als Chef testen” (test as boss) on the login page, done. The demo resets itself every 30 minutes. Want to compare several trades? The demo hub at demos.pixagentur.com shows all live demos at a glance.
Does it work on the iPad and without reception?
Yes. Stuckwerk is a web app (PWA) with an app icon on the home screen. The time clock and daily tour work even in old-building basements without reception and sync as soon as the network returns.
Does the software run under my company name?
White-label is included: login, app name and business details carry your company, and your invoices appear on your own letterhead. With discerning private clients especially, that polished appearance counts.
What about data protection?
Your customer and employee data lives in your own instance with its own database on German servers, GDPR-compliant and strictly separated from other companies. Roles and permissions control who sees what, an audit log documents changes, and uploaded photos are automatically stripped of GPS data.
Can Stuckwerk be adapted or extended for my company?
Yes. Modules can be switched off individually, and from extra fields to entire extensions, quoting or a client portal among them, we build additions on request at a fixed price. Fastest way: describe your wish through our ticket system and we reply with a fixed-price quote.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You only pay the package price: no per-user licences, no setup fee, no extra charges for updates or support. Setup and data migration from your current solution are included as well. The only addition is statutory VAT, and you can cancel monthly.
